Holiday Green, Frejus

Nestled 9 km inland in a pine forest amongst eucalyptus trees, the campsite is idyllically set in peaceful, natural surroundings. 

On site there’s a wide range of amenities including a supermarket, bar, restaurant and a nightclub. 

There’s a fabulous 1000m² heated outdoor swimming pool, as well as an indoor whirlpool and water slide.  In season animation teams provide a full children’s activity programme at the kid’s club.  During school holidays, a crèche is provided from 18 months to 3 years.  In the evening the entertainment continues on the outdoor stage.

Sporting activities available to children and adults alike include soccer, two tennis courts, basketball, crazy golf, table tennis, archery, pétanque (French bowls), aqua aerobics, water polo, water volleyball and spa and relaxation.

In high season one can take a free shuttle bus to Frejus beach.

If you’d like to combine your holiday with some adventure take a trip further inland to The Sainte Croix Lake (76 km), a picturesque lake well worth a visit which offers beach and boating trips.  Near the lakes, a ‘must see’ attraction is The Gorges du Verdon, the largest canyon in Europe, and arguably the most stunning.  The Verdon river that flows through the canyon is best explored either kayaking, canoeing or white-water rafting.  Pedalo boating is also offered in the gentler parts of the gorge. 

For the walkers you can join an organised tour along the Verdon gorges hiking trails which take you into the heart of the Gorges du Verdon, still within the protected areas, which offer stunning views of the canyons.
